How to Read Participation and Claim Analytics

Participation reporting helps managers compare private-link, play, recap and claim stages across their events without exposing player contact details or private links.
Open your account menu, then Participation report, to review aggregate stages for your events. A super manager can use Analytics, then Participation, for the app-wide scope when they are not acting as another manager. The report does not show player names, contact details, private links or individual rows.
- Choose a period. Use the last 7, 30 or 90 days. The stage rows use each recorded occurrence time. The separate Invitation cohort starts with app text invitations first observed during the selected period and follows matched records through the displayed cutoff.
- Narrow the comparison. Filter by event type, playing format or participant role. Unknown means the operational record cannot safely supply that dimension.
- Check the source label. Operational records come from current event, participation, recap and claim data. Observed usage begins only when optional collection is enabled. Unavailable is different from zero.
- Read the cohort and its coverage. The Invitation cohort shows its invited-record denominator and unmatched identity coverage beside later stages. It counts event and player or shared-team records, not distinct people or a required sequence. The separate matched-record cohort compares participation and approvals recorded in the same period. Unmatched or unobserved stages do not prove that a player declined to claim.
Keep delivery and identity claims precise: A link issued is not proof that a player received it. An app-dispatched message is not confirmed delivery. Verified email delivery means arrival at the recipient mail server, not a human read. Game, team-event, season and reminder emails count as email rows only when successful provider dispatch is recorded. Unconfirmed reservations are excluded and counted separately; their row dates may precede provider acknowledgement. A private-link open may be a refresh or automated retrieval. The report labels missing source coverage instead of treating it as a measured zero.
If optional usage collection is disabled or unavailable, scoring, results and claims continue normally. The report keeps operational counts and shows affected observations as unavailable. Narrow the period or try again if the bounded report cannot load.
Frequently asked questions
Is the matched approval rate a conversion rate for every invited player?
No. It is a lower-bound comparison for records that can be matched safely inside the selected period. Native shares, missing observations and unresolved identities are not guessed.
Can a manager inspect another manager's players?
No. Managers receive only their own aggregate scope. Cross-manager aggregate reporting requires a super manager who is not acting as another manager, and it still returns no individual rows or contact details.
Does analytics availability affect scoring or claims?
No. Optional observations use a separate bounded path and may be disabled or dropped without blocking a score, result or claim decision.
