212° Club started operations in 2026 as a four-court outdoor pickleball facility in North Bengaluru. Founder and CEO Shreejita Banerjee says the club built an organic community of approximately 300-350 people in its first six months, supported by open play, word of mouth and a recurring events calendar.
A repeatable event system for a growing club
- Set up each Americano. Shreejita chooses the format, adds 14-16 players and prepares play across three or four courts without rebuilding the rotation by hand.
- Share player links and scores. Players receive their links, scores are captured in one system and the standings update through the event.
- Recognise more than the podium. End-of-event awards such as Sharpshooter and Iron Man give more participants a moment of recognition.
- Finish with a community moment. The extra awards prompt friendly debate and conversation, helping each game night finish with more than a result.
The fun statistics might seem like a small feature, but they have a long-term impact on the community. They recognise players who are not necessarily on the podium and get people talking after the games.

Shreejita's estimated preparation saving
Before PB ScoreKeeper PRO, Shreejita says preparing an event could take almost two hours. She now estimates that setting up the event and sending player links generally takes 15-20 minutes. This is Shreejita's retrospective estimate for her events, not an independently measured result, and outcomes will vary by organiser and event.
Turning regular play into belonging
The 212° name refers to 212 Fahrenheit, the boiling point of water, representing transformation and intensity. Across its four outdoor courts, the club combines open play with recurring Americanos, a monthly medal and emerging singles game nights that help players compete, connect and return.
